All Northern Prints products are made to order using the photos you provide.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Incorrect photo selection

Issues with image quality provided by the customer
We encourage you to review your photos carefully before placing your order.
damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives:

Damaged

Defective
-
Incorrect due to our error
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will:

Offer a replacement, or

Provide a refund, depending on the situation
Order changes and cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly:

Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order

After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed
refunds
If a refund is approved:

It will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow 3–10 business days for it to appear on your statement
