All products are made to order using the images provided by the customer.
Order Accuracy
By placing an order, you confirm that:

All uploaded images are correct and approved for printing

You have the right to use the images provided

Any cropping, alignment, or quality issues resulting from the uploaded image are your responsibility
We print exactly what is submitted, unless otherwise discussed.
Image Quality
Print quality depends on the image provided.
Northern Prints is not responsible for:

Low-resolution or blurry images

Poor lighting or image quality
-
Cropping issues based on the uploaded file
If we notice a major issue, we may contact you before processing your order — but this is not guaranteed.
Custom Orders and Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products:

Incorrect photo selection by the customer
However, if your order arrives:

Incorrect due to our error
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
Hanging and use of our products
Our products include a wall-friendly hanging solution.
Northern Prints is not responsible for:

Improper installation

Damage caused by incorrect use

Surface compatibility issues (e.g., textured or delicate walls)
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper application.
Intellectual Property
By submitting images to Northern Prints, you confirm that:

You own the rights to the images

Or have permission to use them
You grant Northern Prints permission to use your images for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
We will never use your images for marketing without your explicit consent.
Pricing and payments
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping
